Kedrus Academy was building a technology-skills training platform for a global audience. The challenge extended well beyond a standard learning management system. They needed social networking and community features that could support peer interaction among students, a payment integration that automated enrolment on completion of purchase, a filtering system sophisticated enough to serve a multi-discipline course catalogue, and a cart recovery mechanism to reduce prospect loss at checkout. Each element had to work as part of a coherent user journey, not as separate additions bolted together.

We built around two competing priorities: making it easy for students to discover and buy courses, and making the platform operationally manageable for the academy team without needing to involve us in routine content updates. The result is three connected layers: a WooCommerce-integrated LMS with Flutterwave payment and auto-enrolment for students, a dynamic course management system giving the admin full control over content and pricing, and a social portfolio layer where students can publish their projects and build a visible professional presence within the community.

Cart recovery system that tracks lost customers on the checkout page due to network fluctuations or busy schedule and ensures they are notified to proceed with their purchase.
A dynamic system for adding, modifying, or deleting course details so that dependency on us will be vastly reduced. Everything about the courses is dynamically controlled from the admin backend, and course landing pages are designed to control multiple programmes at once.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console set-up for traffic and user behaviour tracking.
Push notification system for real-time interactions and updates for the Kedrus Academy tribe members.
