We needed to create an administrative hub powered by technology to streamline many of the church's internal activities while also increasing the efficiency of day-to-day church operations.
We built an administrative portal for the ushers, first-timers welcomers, and testimony department, alongside a central administrative portal with live dashboards for monitoring membership data and service attendance trends in the church in real-time.
We built an automated system that sends reminders to leaders on the days of their activities. There's also an automated system that helps the church welcomers to have relevant data of first-timers alongside birthdays on their phones.
Part of the functionalities of the automated system we built is that it helps the church never to miss any worker's birthday again.
A two-way dynamic counselling booking system was also integrated into the website that allows members to access church counsellors in a more organized and coordinated manner.
Another beautiful thing is that the live stream portal we set up allows members to take notes directly on the portal, save their notes as pdf, read the bible from any translation via the same portal, and see upcoming programs on the portal. It also allows live comments, prayer requests, and donations.
