MFM Youth Church Region 5 was managing a growing congregation’s administrative activities: member registration, first-timer follow-up, testimony records, and service attendance tracking, without any centralised digital system. Day-to-day church operations relied on manual processes that made it difficult for leadership to see real-time attendance trends or ensure that pastoral follow-ups were happening consistently. They needed a technology platform that matched how the church actually operated, not a generic CMS with generic features.

Day-to-day church operations relied on manual processes that made it difficult for leadership to see real-time attendance trends or ensure that pastoral follow-ups were happening consistently. They needed a technology platform that matched how the church actually operated, not a generic CMS with generic features.
We built separate operational portals for each ministry team: ushers, the first-timers welcomers department, and the testimony unit, alongside a central administrative dashboard where leadership could monitor service attendance and membership data in real time. Automated reminder systems were built to ensure pastoral communications happened on schedule without requiring manual intervention from the church’s leadership team.

We built an automated system that sends reminders to leaders on the days of their activities. There’s also an automated system that helps the church welcomers to have relevant data of first-timers alongside birthdays on their phones.
We implemented a clocking system that uses location matching and validation to ensure members of the workforce can clock in when they’re within the perimeter of the church. It helps to track the absence of group members so the church can reach out to the individual. It also helps to track the punctuality of each worker.
The automated system we built also ensures the church never misses any worker’s or first-timer’s birthday. Every year, on autopilot, the system sends personalised birthday greetings to each member of the workforce, and also notifies the church administration of the individual’s birthday.
A two-way dynamic counselling booking system was also integrated into the website that allows members to access church counsellors in a more organised and coordinated manner.
Another feature is that the live stream portal allows members to take notes directly on the portal, save their notes as PDF, read the bible from any translation via the same portal, and see upcoming programmes on the portal. It also allows live comments, prayer requests, and donations.
